Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex application issues to ensure optimal performance and usability.
• Provide 24x7 On-call support on a rotational basis.
• Monitor application performance to measure uptime and downtime and implement improvements.
• Manage and resolve technical issues, produce incident reports, and drive resolution.
• Conduct regular reviews of systems to ensure health, security, and availability.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to implement projects and update applications.
• Document procedures to ensure long-term reliability.
• Oversee operational integrity of tools, systems, and infrastructure.
