Job summary

GMR Group is seeking a Sr. Engineer - Mechanical in the P&E department to oversee O&M of HVAC systems, improving stability and energy efficiency while ensuring certifications such as ISO 50001. The role involves contract & SLA monitoring for mechanical services and preparation of BOQ/specifications.

You will coordinate MIS reporting and energy-saving initiatives, and lead Kaizens with Internal teams; shift flexibility is required in a terminal environment.

Qualifications

• BE/B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute.
• 3 to 6 years of hands-on HVAC/building MEP experience.
• Experience with building MEP services and energy management.

Responsibilities

• Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Services of HVAC system.
• Rate Contract of Repair of HVAC system, PCB and Pump.
• Preparation of BOQ/Specifications/Makes.
• Submissions of MIS, Energy Saving Reports.
• Registration & Implementation of Improvement works and Kaizens.
• Should be flexible to work in different shifts.
