Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a scientific/technical/math field.
• Seven or more years of engineering experience in operations, production, construction or maintenance environments.
• Valid Class C Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees engineers performing diagnostics, monitoring and inspecting equipment; facilitates cross-functional knowledge transfer.
• Leads preparation of technical reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and implement future technologies and asset performance strategies.
• Supports development of procedures and design recommendations for engineering initiatives.
• Assists with new equipment installation, startup, and handover to ramp and sustaining phases.
• Leads junior engineers in investigations related to threats on distribution system infrastructure.
• Gathers data using engineering studies and routine testing of components and systems.
• Facilitates training and professional development for engineering staff.
