  • Collaboration:
    • Work with development, QA, and security teams to refine the software delivery process.
  • Incident Response & Troubleshooting:
    • resolve infrastructure and deployment issues to minimize downtime and maintain performance.
  • Performance Optimization:
    • improve system performance, cost efficiency, and scalability
  • You will report to the Director of Mobile Technology
  • This role can be remote.

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or a related role.
  • Background in DevOps practices, cloud infrastructure, and experience working with both mobile (iOS & Android) and web technologies.
  • Cloud expertise in AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
  • Experience with mobile CI/CD tools such as Bitrise, Fastlane, or App Store/Google Play deployment automation.

  • Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization technologies.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
  • Experience managing and logging solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK Stack).
  • Understanding of security best practices, including IAM, SSL/TLS, firewalls, and vulnerability scanning.
