Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field.
• 5–15+ years of progressive engineering experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, electronics, or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for sustaining and legacy products throughout their operational life.
• Lead root‑cause investigations and develop corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate customer technical questions, deviations, waivers, and drawing clarifications.
• Support prototype builds, first‑article inspections, production readiness, and recurring manufacturing.
