Job summary

Mach Industries seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design, development, and testing of advanced defense systems. You will design boards, test prototypes, and drive reliability and compliance in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

The role requires expertise in high-speed interfaces, power electronics, and EMI/ESD considerations, with collaboration across mechanical, system, and regulatory teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 5 years of full-time work experience or involvement in student competition or design teams.
• Proficiency in Altium Designer or Cadence.

Responsibilities

• Design electronic circuits for MCUs, buses, power distribution, EMI/ESD.
• Design PCBs for flight avionics and power systems using Altium/Cadence.
• Prototype construction and testing with lab equipment to verify designs.
• Maintain design documentation and CAD drawings for boards and systems.
• Collaborate with quality and regulatory teams to meet standards.
• Coordinate with mechanical and test teams for system integration.
