Catalyst Brands is seeking a Senior Engineer, Creative Marketing to architect and implement a composable marketing stack that connects campaigns, DAM, and production workflows. You will drive AI-powered automation and platform integration across JCPenney, Aeropostale, Brooks Brothers, Lucky, and Nautica.

You will mentor engineers, define standards, and partner with teams to deliver scalable APIs, microservices, and data flows through AWS, CDP, and CRM interfaces, delivering measurable business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field required.
• 5-7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience building APIs, web services, and scalable software solutions.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.

Responsibilities

• Composable Marketing Technology Architecture: design and develop tech to power creative marketing campaigns.
• Creative Marketing Stack Integration: implement and optimize the Campaign/Workflow, DAM, and Studio platforms.
• AI-Driven Creative Workflows: roll out and integrate AI tools for asset tagging and personalization.
• Platform Integration: ensure data flow between CDP, CRM, and the new marketing stack.
• Mentorship & Best Practices: mentor engineers and establish coding standards.
