Qualifications

• Knowledge of FARs, including Section 25 and Section 121 tasks.
• Proficient in computer aided design (CAD) tools such as AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage administrative and maintenance documentation.
• Create and validate in-house fixes for the maintenance program.
• Develop reliability improvements via root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Lead various cost/benefit analyses.
• Collaborate with planning, supply chain, quality, and production teams on projects.
• Investigate and resolve in-service issues.
• Develop engineering documentation to support issue resolution.
• Coordinate activities related to OEM, Scl Holder, and PMA items.
• Review and maintain engineering drawings and documents.
• Mentor junior colleagues and train new staff as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
