Job summary

Jobtailor in San Jose, CA seeks an experienced Project Engineer specializing in mechanical design to lead diverse projects from concept through delivery. You will develop efficient, sustainable mechanical systems and ensure compliance with Building and Energy Codes and LEED standards.

You will conduct energy modeling, system sizing, load calculations, and prepare startup documentation while managing scopes, budgets, and schedules, maintaining strong client relationships and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• PE Certification preferred.
• LEED Accreditation.
• 5-8 years of experience in design field.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
