Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 6-10 years of engineering design experience.
• Experience designing HVAC systems for various building types.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, specifications, codes, and industry standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or active progress toward licensure.

Role Overview

• Lead the design and development of HVAC systems for commercial, healthcare, mission critical, laboratory, aviation, and other complex facilities.


• Partner with engineers, designers, BIM professionals, and construction teams throughout the project lifecycle.


• Apply technical expertise to develop efficient, sustainable, and code-compliant building systems.


• Build strong relationships with clients and provide guidance on system performance, design strategies, and project solutions.

What You'll Do

Y'll help bring complex building systems to life, from early planning and concept development through construction support and project completion. Working closely with clients and project teams, Y'll evaluate design options, solve technical challenges, and develop HVAC systems that balance performance, efficiency, sustainability, and constructability.

Key Responsibilities Include
