In this role, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create innovative HVAC solutions that improve building performance, sustainability, and operational efficiency while supporting clients across a variety of industries.

Role Overview

Lead the design and development of HVAC systems for commercial, healthcare, mission critical, laboratory, aviation, and other complex facilities. Apply technical expertise to develop efficient, sustainable, and code-compliant building systems. Build strong relationships with clients and provide guidance on system performance, design strategies, and project solutions.

What You'll Do

You'll help bring complex building systems to life, from early planning and concept development through construction support and project completion. Working closely with clients and project teams, you'll evaluate design options, solve technical challenges, and develop HVAC systems that balance performance, efficiency, sustainability, and constructability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading HVAC system design, engineering calculations, equipment selections, and construction documentation.
  • Designing systems such as heating hot water, chilled water, ventilation, refrigerant-based cooling, and building automation controls.
  • Preparing technical specifications and supporting code-compliant mechanical system designs.
  • Collaborating with BIM and digital design teams to develop high-quality project deliverables.
  • Supporting design reviews and identifying opportunities to improve system performance, efficiency, and sustainability.
  • Working directly with clients and project stakeholders to evaluate needs and recommend effective solutions.
Why This Role Matters

Help shape the performance and sustainability of some of the most technically challenging building environments. Influence projects from concept through construction and occupancy. Collaborate with experienced engineering and construction professionals across multiple disciplines. Contribute innovative solutions that improve energy efficiency, resiliency, and long-term building performance.
