Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years automotive engineering with engine knowledge (diesel or gasoline).
• Strong planning and problem-solving skills for multiple concurrent tests.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute engine lube and vent testing across multiple programs.
• Develop and run first-time-capable tests on dynamometers and benches.
• Diagnose and resolve issues during test setup, execution, and post-test investigations.
• Track test status, issues and risks to support milestones.
• Create post-processing tools to ensure data quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with facilities, calibration, hardware release, and other teams.
• Mentor new engineers and co-ops on bench operation and safety.
