Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years experience.
• Proficient MATLAB/Simulink usage for engine systems.
• Experience with SiL/HiL environments and CAN networks.
• Familiarity with machine learning for engine performance.

Responsibilities

• Create system-level engine code using MATLAB/Simulink for engine and generator design.
• Conduct simulations to evaluate engine performance and optimize systems.
• Perform testing to improve steady-state and transient behavior.
• Interpret results and guide product development with cross-functional teams.
• Document code objectives and results using standardized formats.
• Apply data analysis and scripting to forecast code performance.
