Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience planning events or activities in senior care settings

• Understanding of Alzheimer’s, dementia, and memory care
• Experience with recreational therapy or working with individuals with disabilities
• Strong communication with residents, families, and staff
• Knowledge of caregiving techniques and aging-related needs
• Ability to stay organized and adjust schedules as needed
• Experience in home care or community-based care is a plus
