Job summary

Seacrest Village Retirement Communities in Encinitas, CA is seeking an AM Shift Activities Coordinator to lead and participate in Life Enrichment programs for residents. You will support planning, organize group and individual activities, and help create a uplifting, caring environment.

You will assist with paperwork and documentation of each resident’s plan of care, maintain bulletin boards, and collaborate with the life enrichment team to deliver meaningful daily engagement, including evenings

Qualifications

• Able to pass pre-employment physical/TB test.
• Obtain fingerprint clearance as required by licensure.
• Experience planning and organizing Life Enrichment activities.
• Assists with paperwork, attendance sheets, room and food requests and documentation of resident’s plan of care.
• Maintains the Life Enrichment bulletin and electronic boards.

Responsibilities

• Leads and participates in individual and group activities as directed by Director of LE and Specialist in that level of care.
• Plans and organizes Life Enrichment activities.
• Provides and leads individual and group activities in the daytime, evenings & weekends.
• Assists as needed with paperwork, attendance sheets, room and food requests and documentation of resident’s plan of care.
• Maintains the Life Enrichment bulletin and electronic boards.
