This role will lead strategic problem definition, orchestrate cross-functional workstreams, and ensure disciplined execution of multi-year initiatives aligned to enterprise priorities.

The ideal candidate combines enterprise strategy expertise with strong delivery governance, executive communication, and the ability to integrate technology, analytics, workforce, and operating model perspectives into cohesive, outcome-driven programs.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Lead and govern enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and transformation programs with significant business impact across technology, data, analytics, AI, and workforce domains.
  • Bring a strong understanding of enterprise technology and AI-driven transformation, including how strategy, operating models, platforms, and talent evolve together.
  • Partner closely with senior leaders and functional stakeholders to shape direction, align priorities, and drive disciplined execution.
  • Establish effective governance, operating rhythms, and execution mechanisms to ensure clarity, accountability, and momentum across complex initiatives.
  • Identify and unlock opportunities to improve process efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability in close collaboration with cross-functional partners.
  • Provide an integrated enterprise perspective across business, technology, data, and human capital considerations, adapting focus as priorities evolve.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes while remaining flexible to changing requirements.
  • Shape executive-level narratives and storylines for leadership forums, framing decisions, trade-offs, and implications in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Enable data-driven decision-making through structured insights, performance metrics, and outcome-oriented analysis.
  • Influence and align stakeholders across verticals and functions without direct authority, proactively managing interdependencies and risks.
  • Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring high-quality delivery, clear communication, and consistency of approach.
  • Act as a trusted partner to executive stakeholders, providing judgment, perspective, and continuity across evolving initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
  • 12+ years of experience in analytics strategy, data strategy, AI/ML strategy, or digital transformation advisory.
  • Significant client-facing experience, including presenting to senior executives and influencing strategic decisions.
  • Strong understanding of modern data platforms, analytics tools, governance, and AI/ML capabilities— with the ability to discuss at a strategic level.
  • Outstanding communication, executive storytelling, and facilitation skills.
  • Proven ability to structure ambiguity, lead enterprise assessments, and develop clear, actionable strategies.
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing complex stakeholder groups.
  • Master’s degree preferred (Business, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, or similar); top-tier institutions a plus.
