Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager for the Supplemental Benefits and Directed Spend Team. The role drives engagement initiatives from strategy to execution, influencing cross-functional partners to deliver measurable results across activation and program adoption.

The position requires autonomy to shape the roadmap and long-term engagement strategy, with leadership across Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Operations to optimize KPIs and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years' experience in product, digital engagement, analytics, or related strategy roles.
• Demonstrated ability to own initiatives end-to-end and drive measurable business outcomes.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to independently identify opportunities and prioritize actions.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve execution of the Deals & Engagement Engine, identifying opportunities to improve visibility, relevance, and performance.
• Lead development and execution of engagement and activation strategies across Medicare, FSA/HSA, and Employer segments.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Marketing, and Analytics to influence experience enhancements across rewards, search, and shopping journeys.
• Own personalization and targeting initiatives, defining strategy and ensuring execution delivers measurable improvements in conversion and engagement.
