Job summary

Salesforce Bellevue is seeking a dynamic engineering leader to own Salesforce Management Plane (SFMP), a safe-change framework enabling Day 2 operations via REST APIs with strict guardrails. You will lead a distributed team, drive security-first ownership, and partner with Product on the SFMP roadmap and adoption.

You bring 5+ years in engineering management, a track record in platform or developer-tools teams, and deep knowledge of production operations, RBAC, and least-privilege, building

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering management experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Proven track record leading platform, infrastructure, or developer-tools teams with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong technical grounding in production operations, REST API platforms, and security and access control, including RBAC and least-privilege.

Responsibilities

• Champion AI-driven development practices and agentic workflows to accelerate velocity.
• Partnership with Product to drive the SFMP roadmap and central invocation engine.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a distributed team of engineers with a security-first culture.
• Champion observability, incident response, and compliance rigor with measurable outcomes.
