Job summary

Accenture Energy Transportation & Logistics Strategy Senior Manager role is to guide energy clients through the design and execution of transportation strategies, network design, and provider management to unlock cost efficiency and competitive advantage.

You will lead multi‑modal engagements, develop carrier strategies, and drive executive workshops with senior client stakeholders across Logistics, Procurement, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of combined industry and consulting experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain.
• Experience in transportation strategy, logistics network design, freight sourcing, or third‑party provider management across two or more modes.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in or advising energy sector clients.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to energy clients on transportation network strategy and logistics operating model design.
• Lead transportation network design engagements across multiple modes and make‑vs‑buy decisions.
• Develop carrier portfolio strategies balancing cost, capacity, reliability, and risk.
• Design provider management operating models and governance frameworks.
• Lead teams through diagnostic to implementation, ensuring quality and client relationships.
