This onsite role at the Juno Beach, FL HQ requires drafting and negotiating various commercial contracts and delivering practical legal solutions for clients and management.

Qualifications

• Experience in energy commercial transactional work preferred.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills for complex agreements.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide written and oral legal advice to clients.
• Draft and negotiate power purchase, tolling, joint venture and related agreements.
• Anticipate and manage legal risks and ensure budget compliance.
• Disclose material legal issues to senior leadership as needed.
• Support various commercial transactions for energy-related projects.
