ENFRA seeks an Energy Systems Analyst III to lead on-site surveys, assess building systems, and deliver preliminary engineering analyses on complex projects. You will mentor junior analysts and coordinate with Pre-Engineering Team Leads to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Responsibilities include reviewing mechanical and electrical drawings, developing ECMs, and communicating with owners, facility managers, and architects. Travel 20–35% of the time to job sites and offices is required.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
• 5 years of related energy engineering experience.
• Experience conducting independent site surveys and complex facility energy assessments.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Independently conducts on-site surveys to assess facility conditions, identifies energy conservation measures, and generates detailed project scopes.
• Performs and reviews advanced mechanical and electrical system calculations including load calculations, ventilation schedules, and system sizing.
• Develops and refines equipment inventories, energy conservation measures, schematic drawings, pricing narratives, and preliminary engineering deliverables.
• Reviews and analyzes mechanical and electrical design drawings for completeness and accuracy.
• Serves as technical lead on complex survey projects, coordinating with energy modelers, financial modelers, and design team members.
