Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Life-cycle Energy Systems Analyst to assess building mechanical and electrical systems and perform on-site surveys and in-office analysis for assigned projects.

Responsibilities include supporting energy studies, deferred maintenance scopes, and coordinating with energy and design teams while traveling 25–40% of the time. A BS in Engineering and 1–3 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from a four year ABET accredited university.
• 1-3 years of experience
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills and aptitude.
• Required experience in Excel and Word.
• Ability to communicate effectively with facility managers and engineers.
• Ability to work independently to meet deadlines while on survey.
• Ability to manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Ability to use technology and apps for collecting data while on survey.
• Passion for quality and client satisfaction
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
• Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assists in producing projects on-time and within budget.
• Conducts site surveys to determine existing conditions.
• Assists in mechanical system calculations including load calculations and ventilation schedules.
• Interacts in meetings with internal team members about project deliverables.
• Reviews/measures designs and drawings for mechanical systems with seniors.
• Coordinates with energy modeling, financial modeling, lighting, and design teams.
• Attends training sessions to gain knowledge in building systems.
• Participates in industry organizations and events.
• Upholds the Company owner advocacy philosophy and core values.
