Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or construction project management.
• 6–10+ years of professional project management experience.
• Advanced financial analysis skills (cost segregation, earned value).
• Ability to manage scope, schedule and risk on complex projects.
• Experience resolving collections and customer financial issues.
• Valid driver's license with clean record in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and developing communication plans with stakeholders.
• Lead project administration including contract penalties, liquidated damages, and compliance.
• Manage cash flow, forecast costs, and oversee monthly backlog communications.
• Validate scope, cost, and schedule; identify risks and mitigation plans.
• Manage subcontractors from RFQ through execution and establish progress communication guidelines.
• Create and maintain project schedules with tasks, dependencies, and milestones.
