• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and presenting findings to management.
• Knowledge of work management systems and budget tracking processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assemble work and resource plans aligned with the budget.
• Monitor weekly and annual execution of the work plan.
• Analyze resource data and variances to inform budget decisions.
• Partner with finance and stakeholders to optimize budgets and allocate funds.
• Support development of contingency plans and reports for leadership reviews.
