Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of industry experience.
• Undergraduate Degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.
• Strong understanding of Renewable Technology, Building Envelope, HVAC, Lighting, and electrical / mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead project development through construction.
• Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Ensure permit sign-offs and inspections are completed on time.
• Monitor cash flow, change orders, and SOVs.
