King & Sykes in Austin, Texas is seeking a Corporate Finance Associate/Senior Associate to join a fast-growing energy platform. You will evaluate, structure and execute project finance deals while supporting portfolio management and strategic capital planning.

The role offers exposure to investment lifecycle activities from opportunity assessment to financing and execution, with senior leadership guidance and a dynamic entrepreneurial environment.

Competenze

• 3–7 years in investment banking, private equity, project finance or corporate finance.
• Experience in energy, power, renewables or infrastructure is highly desirable.
• Strong financial modelling skills and ability to build complex models.
• Understanding of project finance structures, debt financing and returns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and analytical ability.

Mansioni

• Develop, maintain and enhance financial models to evaluate project economics and financing needs.
• Support structuring, negotiation and execution of project finance transactions.
• Perform financial analysis, valuation, sensitivity and scenario modelling.
• Assess cash flows, capex, operating assumptions, debt capacity and equity returns.
• Coordinate with lenders, investors and advisers through financing processes.
• Prepare investment committee materials and transaction documentation.
• Monitor portfolio performance and support strategic capital planning.
