• Ability to manage transaction workflows including real property, UCC, and security interests; supervise junior associates.

Responsibilities

• Structure and negotiate financing agreements for energy projects and related infrastructure.
• Coordinate with lenders, sponsors, developers, and internal teams to close transactions.
• Oversee security interests, real property work, and UCC filings throughout the lifecycle.
