Job summary

Cordia is seeking a Project Development Manager to originate and close contracts for district and on-site energy solutions. Role includes managing stakeholder relationships and working with engineering and finance teams. Candidates should have a degree in business or related field and at least 5 years of experience in energy infrastructure projects.

The expected salary range is $125,000-$165,000, with additional performance bonuses and benefits including comprehensive medical, dental, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project development, or business development within energy infrastructure.
• Demonstrated success leading multi-million-dollar energy or infrastructure transactions.
• Familiarity with consultative selling practices in healthcare or higher education.

Responsibilities

• Develop and structure energy solutions aligned with customer energy goals.
• Lead negotiations for complex contracts like PPAs and ESAs.
• Manage and coordinate activities during the development process.
