Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project/business development in energy infrastructure.
• Proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar transactions.
• Familiarity with consultative selling in healthcare or education sectors.

Responsibilities

• Originate, structure, and close contracts for district energy solutions.
• Lead negotiations for PPAs and ESAs with clients.
• Engage with clients to assess their energy goals.

Skills

Leadership in project development

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Experience with CRM systems

Negotiation of complex agreements

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Economics, or related field
