Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent years of experience.
• 5+ years relevant work experience.
• Experience with contract management, financial analysis, and forecasting of contract costs and supply obligation.
• Proven leadership skills leading diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Proven time-management and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead energy plans development and execution for RI Energy's generation service supply, including auctions, RFPs, supplier management, and testimony.
• Provide market analysis, forecast wholesale prices, and guide leadership with actionable insights.
• Develop and administer wholesale programs, REC programs, and clean energy procurement programs.
• Manage procurement-related products, including contracting, billing line items, and day-ahead market bids.
• Supervise supplier negotiations, contract setup, and compliance with contractual terms.
