Job summary

Alberici is seeking a Senior Project Procurement Manager (Energy) to lead procurement execution for large power projects, from handover to closeout.

The role requires defining procurement strategies, overseeing supplier selection, negotiations, and cradle-to-grave processes to meet project goals and budgets.

Travel across North America is required; candidates should have 10+ years of procurement in power/industrial projects and strong leadership and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain management or equivalent.
• 10+ years of procurement experience on power/industrial projects over $50M.
• Experience building and leading teams of 10+ people.
• Strong knowledge of ERP-based procurement workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define project-related procurement and supply chain workflows.
• Negotiate subcontracts and purchase orders with prime-contract flow-downs.
• Build and manage a project-based procurement team.
• Interface with legal, risk, and internal procurement groups.
• Travel to sites and meetings across North America as required.
