• Performs service and repair operations to maintain energy plant equipment, furnishings, fixtures, and grounds to established standards.
• Ensures inventory of utility equipment remains current.
• Assigns preventative and corrective work orders to plant engineers and documents all activities.
• Coordinates, conducts and documents fire and life safety measures to ensure compliance with policies.
• Assists in training other plant engineers with energy plant operation/maintenance skills.
• Maintains current operational and repair records for all utilities equipment.
