Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure Plc in Tempe, Arizona (remote options available) is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to lead origination and structuring of renewable energy opportunities. You will build and manage a profitable deal pipeline, negotiate term sheets, and coordinate with finance, legal, engineering, and development teams.

The role requires 5–10 years in renewables or related fields, strong financial modeling, communication, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

Progressive experience in renewable energy, power markets or related fields.
Proven ability to originate, evaluate, structure, and negotiate complex energy transactions.
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and commercial analysis skills.
Experience collaborating with legal, finance, engineering and development teams.

Responsibilities

Lead identification, evaluation, and development of new energy opportunities.
Own and manage a pipeline of origination opportunities through negotiation and execution.
Lead commercial and financial evaluation, pricing, and risk assessment.
Develop origination strategies aligned with market and regulatory dynamics.
Lead the structuring of complex transactions and term sheets with legal counsel.
Coordinate responses to RFPs and bilateral opportunities; manage deal teams.
Create and review financial models supporting investment decisions.
Present recommendations to senior leadership and committees.
