Job summary

Customized Energy Solutions is seeking an experienced market analyst to support deregulated electricity markets, with a focus on SPP and ERCOT. You will coordinate scheduling, assist with resource registration, and contribute to market analyses and client proposals.

Based in Dallas, this full-time role requires five years in the deregulated electric industry, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with MS Office and SQL.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of RTO/ISO wholesale markets, especially SPP.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience in project research and/or consulting services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling activities & reporting for wholesale generation and load clients.
• Assist with registration and testing of resources and Market Participants into the SPP market, coordinating with CES teams.
• Participate in market analysis projects focused on the SPP market.
• Develop proposals for projects and communicate with clients to refine them.
• Develop settlement reports and monitoring tools to aid clients in the markets.
• Perform business development activities to expand CES's client base.
