Job summary

Yes Energy is seeking a Senior Settlements Analyst to serve as the subject matter expert on SPP and Markets+ settlements within the Bid to Bill product line. You will interpret market rules and changes, support product development, and provide advanced customer support.

Expertise in SPP charge codes and settlements is required. Collaborating with Operations, Product Management, Engineering, Customer Support, and Professional Services, you translate regulatory shifts into product enhancements and

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience performing SPP settlement statement validations and disputes.
• Settlement experience in SPP required.
• Experience using SQL to analyze data.
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Act as SPP & Markets+ SME to ensure charge code formulas and market rules are implemented in the PowerCore settlement system.
• Monitor BPMs, API specs, and advise product changes.
• Participate in Release User Group, Technical User Group, Settlement User Group, and Market Simulation meetings to identify impacts.
• Advise Product Management and Engineering on implementing market changes from Front to Back office in PowerCore.
• Provide Tier 2 customer support by troubleshooting settlements-related tickets.
