Job summary

Meta in Seattle seeks a Principal Program Manager to lead the end-to-end governance and execution of the Energy Infrastructure Investments portfolio. You will drive program plans, stage-gate processes, risk tracking, and cross-functional coordination with DEC, Finance, Legal, and Corporate Development to deliver multi-billion-dollar investments.

You will partner with senior leaders to translate investment strategies into disciplined outcomes, scale governance, and ensure on-time, on-budget

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end program management of Meta's energy infrastructure investment portfolio
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, master schedules, and milestone trackers
• Drive predictable delivery by establishing stage-gate processes and escalation paths
• Monitor and report on program health - cost, schedule, risk, and interdependencies
• Identify and resolve cross-project dependencies and execution bottlenecks
• Design and operate the governance framework for Energy Infrastructure Investments
• Establish operating rhythms (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for alignment
• Create and maintain program dashboards and executive/board-ready materials
• Own the risk register and mitigation tracker across the portfolio
• Coordinate with DEC Planning & Development, Finance, Legal, Corporate Development, Site Selection and external partners
