Job summary

InfraRed Capital Partners in New York is seeking a Senior Analyst to support investments across its infrastructure funds, including the Energy Transition Fund and other value-add programs. This role requires proven project finance, M&A, or transaction experience and will involve work across the Americas.

You will assist with financial modelling, due diligence, and the preparation of investment presentations, coordinating with technical, legal, ESG, tax, and insurance advisors to move deals

• Proven experience in project finance, M&A, or transactions outside internships.

Responsibilities

• Support origination and execution — financial modelling, structuring, documentation — of infrastructure investments, primarily in the Americas.
