Lead from concept through construction documentation, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver sustainable, cost-effective solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of architectural design experience, proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and strong knowledge of building codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of architectural design experience.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods and codes.
• Experience coordinating architectural projects with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design efforts from conceptual planning through construction documentation.
• Develop site layouts, floor plans, elevations, renderings, and presentation materials.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, development, and operations teams.
• Prepare and review construction drawings, specifications, and permit packages.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning requirements, and industry standards.
• Conduct site evaluations, feasibility studies, and design assessments.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve design challenges and maintain schedules.
• Support facility planning for industrial, operational, corporate, and infrastructure projects.
• Review shop drawings, submittals, and design revisions during construction.
• Drive sustainable, efficient and innovative design solutions.
• Balance design quality with budgets and schedules.
