Job summary
TalentCloud Group is looking for a Senior Associate-level Attorney to join their in-house legal team in Washington, D.C. This full-time, permanent role focuses on regulatory and project-related matters in the energy and infrastructure sectors. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of relevant experience, a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school, and strong drafting and analytical skills. Qualifications
6+ years of experience in energy regulation, infrastructure, or energy-focused transactions.
Active U.S. bar admission or ability to obtain admission.
Strong drafting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
Advise on U.S. energy regulatory matters impacting generation, renewables, transmission, storage, and infrastructure assets.
Support development, permitting, financing, acquisition, and operation of infrastructure and data center projects.
Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial, regulatory, and project agreements.
Manage regulatory filings and engagement with relevant authorities.
Provide clear legal advice to internal business, technical, and finance teams.
Coordinate with external counsel and consultants on complex matters.
