Job summary

TalentCloud Group is looking for a Senior Associate-level Attorney to join their in-house legal team in Washington, D.C. This full-time, permanent role focuses on regulatory and project-related matters in the energy and infrastructure sectors. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of relevant experience, a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school, and strong drafting and analytical skills.   • Active U.S. bar admission or ability to obtain admission.

Responsibilities

  • Advise on U.S. energy regulatory matters impacting generation, renewables, transmission, storage, and infrastructure assets.
  • Support development, permitting, financing, acquisition, and operation of infrastructure and data center projects.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial, regulatory, and project agreements.
  • Manage regulatory filings and engagement with relevant authorities.
  • Provide clear legal advice to internal business, technical, and finance teams.
  • Coordinate with external counsel and consultants on complex matters.
