Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of the North American power grid including interconnection and transmission processes.
• Proven track record of lead-negotiating multi-party infrastructure deals.
• Ability to identify and mitigate regulatory and operational dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Drive negotiations for interconnection and utility agreements.
• Negotiate and structure power supply agreements and energy service agreements.
• Provide legal analysis of various utility tariffs and rate structures.
• Stay up to speed on key policies impacting generation procurement.
• Own power-related portions of project financing deliverables.
• Prepare and negotiate asset purchase agreements related to powered assets.
• Manage legal risks and disputes related to operating assets.
