Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Geology or Environmental/Civil Engineering with emphasis on Remediation and Environmental Engineering, Geology, Planning Environmental Sciences, or related field.
• 10+ years of site investigation, project permitting, environmental compliance, and project management experience.
• Strong technical and business development background.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to interpret and apply site investigation/remediation practices and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead new business development efforts and manage mid- to large-scale energy and environmental projects.
• Oversee program-wide projects including project setup, planning, safety analysis, kickoff, scope, schedule, staffing, and budgets.
• Develop project strategies and design approaches that meet client objectives while maintaining regular communication with clients and managers.
• Manage project billing, client updates, QA/QC, project closeout, and compliance with project plans.
• Prepare compliant project proposals and serve as Proposal Manager and primary client contact throughout the proposal process.
• Navigate complex public processes, municipal approvals, regulatory requirements, and environmental permitting.
