Job summary

You will collaborate with account executives, M&V specialists, and project managers to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.

The role requires 5–7+ years in energy engineering, strong HVAC knowledge, and hands-on modeling with TRACE, eQUEST, or EnergyPlus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural, or Energy Engineering with 5–7+ years of energy engineering experience.
• Deep understanding of commercial HVAC systems and building automation.
• Hands-on experience with energy modeling tools and 8760 calculations.
• Willingness to travel up to 25–35%.
• Active licensure or professional certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced energy audits and investment-grade audits (IGAs).
• Develop, evaluate, and validate energy savings calculations and baseline models.
• Deliver technical scopes, project proposals, performance guarantees, and contracts.
• Partner cross-functionally with Account Executives, M&V specialists, and PMs.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement.
• Present technical findings and decarbonization roadmaps to clients.
