Job summary

Willdan Energy Company, part of Willdan Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: WLDN), seeks a Program Manager to design, plan, and execute energy efficiency initiatives aimed at reducing consumption and promoting sustainability.

You will lead program implementation, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement while coordinating with internal teams and external partners. Responsibilities include data collection and analysis, preparing dashboards and reports, and guiding staff and interns to ensure effective program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, business administration or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive and relevant experience in energy efficiency.
• Experience leading implementation of direct installation programs (Heat Pump Water Heaters, Heat Pump and natural gas HVAC, lighting, refrigeration, or food service measures).
• Knowledge of energy efficiency regulations, policies, and standards at local, state, and federal levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage energy efficiency programs.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead program staff and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to energy consumption, savings, and program performance.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards communicating outcomes to management and stakeholders.
• Engage with state agencies, utility providers, and community organizations to foster collaboration and funding opportunities.
