Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in energy project development or real estate acquisitions.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time within the Northwest U.S.
• Experience in contract negotiation and project management.
• Proficiency in Windows-based software (Word/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Support and/or manage site development of wind, solar and energy storage projects including establishment of site control, permitting of project sites, and management of community relations.
• Support project acquisition efforts including due diligence on potential acquisitions and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements.
• Be a key point of contact for project stakeholders, including landowners and local county officials.
• Identify new business opportunities and work with internal technical support teams.
• Adhere to effective internal controls, including providing project development budgets, schedules, and other updates as required by senior management.
