Job summary

Qualifications
- Ten years of HVAC equipment and controls experience.
- Full knowledge of energy management programming (Metasys or similar).
- Ability to read and interpret building drawings and documentation.
- Experience with commissioning and programming digital controls.
- License in Rhode Island or higher preferred.
Responsibilities
- Review and monitor Energy Management System operations to control HVAC systems.
- Maintain EMS control equipment and perform repairs/calibration as needed.
- Update software and as-built drawings for EMS projects.
- Troubleshoot energy management, digital and pneumatic control systems.
- Provide guidance to junior technicians on EMS projects.
