Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or related engineering field.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant HVAC experience in large multi-family and/or commercial buildings.
• Demonstrated experience with new construction commissioning through design and construction phases.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specs, equipment submittals, control diagrams, and trend data.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical and client-facing lead for commissioning and decarbonization projects in Massachusetts.
• Lead project scoping, fee development, proposals, staffing plans and go/no-go recommendations.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, deliverables, and client expectations across multiple projects.
