Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in energy billing, settlements, or data-processing apps.
- Advanced Excel with VBA for automation and data analysis.
- Ability to translate contracts and policies into technical requirements.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational data concepts.
- Experience with system design, testing, and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Own functional and technical aspects of energy billing and settlements systems.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications for billing and reporting.
- Collaborate with Data Systems on database design and data integration.
- Validate requirements with users and ensure data quality.
- Support recurring billing for OPC, GTC, and Member Systems.
- Translate contracts and policies into actionable requirements.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to documentation and controls.
