Glow Energy seeks a Senior Software Engineer to join the team building Glow's Endpoint Agent. You will develop high-performance Rust and C++ software that runs directly on customer endpoints, interfacing with Windows and macOS internals.

This role focuses on low-level systems programming, OS concepts, and production-grade software in a fast-moving startup environment. You will collaborate with Product, Security, and Platform Engineering to deliver reliable features.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience in low-level or systems software using Rust or C++.

Responsibilities

• Design and build core capabilities for Glow's Endpoint Agent.
• Develop high-performance software in Rust and C++ that runs directly on customer endpoints.
• Build features that interact closely with Windows and macOS internals.
• Work across backend services and endpoint components to deliver end-to-end functionality.
• Partner closely with Product, Security Research, and Platform Engineering to bring new capabilities to customers.
• Build reliable, production-grade software with performance, stability, and security in mind.
