Job summary

CDW seeks a Sr. Systems Engineer to design, implement, and support endpoint infrastructure including MECCM/SCCM and Automox. You will lead PKI, PKI tooling, AD/Entra ID, and SSO automation while driving vulnerability management.

You will automate administrative tasks with PowerShell, Python, and Graph API, and optimize SCORCH runbooks for on-prem and Azure environments. Leadership and ITIL alignment are key.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 5+ years of CM/CMDB experience or 9+ years of CM/CMDB experience.
• Strong ITIL knowledge with related certification preferred.
• Proven experience with CMDB tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and advanced configuration management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and support of endpoint infrastructure including MECCM/SCCM and Automox.
• Manage PKI certificates, certificate tools, and enterprise CA knowledge.
• Drive vulnerability management, IAM, and SSO with Entra ID and Active Directory integration.
• Automate tasks using PowerShell, Python, and Microsoft Graph API; optimize SCORCH runbooks.
• Administer Windows Server and Linux environments; patching and troubleshooting.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to support staff; apply ITIL-based practices.
